Stillwell is a private wellness practice
rooted in one core idea:

The body cannot fully heal, release, or perform when the nervous system is overwhelmed.

In a world that constantly demands more. More output, more stimulation, more pressure. The body often adapts by holding tension, bracing, and staying in a subtle state of stress.

Over time, this can show up as:

• chronic tightness
• fatigue or burnout
• difficulty relaxing
• shallow breathing
• a sense of always being “on”

Stillwell exists to offer something different.

A space to downshift, release, and return to a more regulated state—physically and mentally.

Our Approach

At Stillwell, we don’t treat the body as separate parts to fix.

We work with the body as a system.

Each session is designed to support nervous system regulation through a combination of:

• assisted stretch therapy
• restorative movement
• breathwork
• guided relaxation
• sound integration

These elements are not used in isolation.

They are layered intentionally to help the body move out of tension and into a state where it can begin to release, recover, and restore.

Every session follows a structured yet intuitive process:

Downshift
We begin by slowing the body and breath to signal safety.

Release
Through supported movement and stretch therapy, we reduce stored tension.

Regulate
We guide the nervous system toward a more balanced state.

Restore
The body is given space to integrate and deeply rest.

Return
You leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to your body.

Stillwell is founded by Tatiana Lejoy Mosley, a wellness practitioner specializing in:

• assisted stretch therapy
• mobility and recovery
• yoga and restorative movement
• breathwork and nervous system regulation
• sound integration

With over a decade of experience in movement and wellness, Tatiana brings a deeply intuitive and structured approach to helping clients release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that:

lasting change happens when the body feels safe enough to shift.
